You may be here because

You don't need more motivation. You need a clearer way forward.

  • Carrying significant responsibility but constantly feeling behind.
  • Successful on paper, but second-guessing yourself privately.
  • Consuming personal development content without lasting change.
  • Overthinking decisions you used to make without flinching.
  • Feeling disconnected from what actually matters to you.
  • Leading others while quietly losing trust in your own judgment.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not broken. You've just lost some trust in yourself under pressure — and that's exactly what we can rebuild.

What changes

The goal isn't to become someone new. It's to trust yourself again.

Clarity

Cut through the noise and see what actually matters most right now.

Self-Trust

Reconnect with your own judgment and make decisions you can stand behind.

Alignment

Move forward in a way that reflects your values, not someone else's playbook.

The Tracking Wellness Framework

A simple framework for thinking clearly and trusting yourself again.

01

Awareness

Notice what's actually going on.

  • Surface patterns, assumptions, and habits.
  • Hear the internal narratives running underneath.
  • Slow down enough to think clearly.
02

Orientation

Understand where you are.

  • Separate facts from stories.
  • Identify what's creating friction.
  • Get honest about the present.
03

Self-Trust

Reconnect with your own judgment.

  • Listen to your own wisdom again.
  • Make decisions without outsourcing them.
  • Rebuild confidence from the inside out.
04

Alignment

Move forward on purpose.

  • Clarify what matters most.
  • Build habits that reflect your values.
  • Make progress that actually lasts.
Ways to work together

Two ways into the work. Both start with a conversation.

Every engagement begins with a discovery call — no obligation, no script. We'll talk about where you are and figure out together whether coaching is the right next step.

About Cory

Coaching grounded in experience, not hype.

I'm Cory Deighan — a Board-Certified Coach with a background in counseling and behavioral health, plus ongoing graduate study in organizational psychology. The counseling background is what shaped how I coach: deep listening, meaningful questions, and helping people navigate real challenges without rushing them.

I believe most people already have the answers they need. They lose connection to their own judgment under pressure. My job isn't to hand you a playbook — it's to help you hear yourself clearly again and move forward with confidence in your own decisions.

What you won't find here

  • Generic motivation or pep talks.
  • Productivity hacks.
  • Toxic positivity.

  • Pressure to become someone you're not.

Is this the right fit?

A great fit if...

  • Professionals carrying real responsibility.
  • Leaders, managers, and business owners.
  • Deep thinkers who want lasting change, not another framework.
  • Growth-oriented people open to meaningful self-reflection.
  • Anyone ready to slow down enough to think clearly.

Not a great fit if...

  • Looking for therapy or clinical care.
  • Looking for a quick fix or instant transformation.
  • Looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do.
  • Not ready to do honest, reflective work.

In their words.

Cory is incredibly skilled at listening, empathizing, saying back what he heard, and then always asking a thought-provoking question. I consistently uncover new areas of myself that I wasn't even aware of until Cory effortlessly guided me through a conversation.
