Tracking Wellness LLC (“Tracking Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit trackingwellness.com (the “Website”), subscribe to The Way Back, download a resource, schedule a discovery call, contact us, or otherwise interact with our online services.

This policy applies to information collected through the Website and related online interactions. Information exchanged as part of an active coaching relationship may also be governed by a separate Coaching Agreement and any related client forms.

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

  • Scheduling information and any details you choose to include through Calendly or a similar scheduling service.
  • Payment and billing information when you purchase coaching services. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe or another payment processor and is not stored directly by Tracking Wellness.
  • Information you voluntarily share in connection with coaching inquiries or services.

Please do not submit highly sensitive medical, mental-health, financial, or other confidential information through public website forms or ordinary email unless specifically requested through an appropriate client process.

We may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary for an existing client or business relationship.
