Helping people find their footing again.
Throughout my career, I've been fascinated by a simple question:
Why do capable, intelligent people often lose trust in themselves when life becomes overwhelming?
Many of the people I work with are functioning well on the surface. They're responsible, thoughtful, driven, and successful by most measures.
But internally, they often feel stretched thin, disconnected, stuck in overthinking, or uncertain about what comes next.
What I've learned is that most people don't need more information. They don't need another productivity system or self-help framework.
They need space to think clearly.
Space to reconnect with themselves.
Space to trust their own judgment again.
That's the role coaching plays in my work.
I don't provide answers. I help people uncover what's already true, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The experiences that shaped my approach.
Behavioral Health
Before becoming a coach, I worked in counseling and behavioral health, helping individuals navigate addiction recovery, behavior change, and life challenges. Those experiences shaped how I listen, ask questions, and support people today.
Board-Certified Coaching
As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help clients create meaningful, sustainable change rooted in self-awareness and action.
Leadership & Performance
My experience coaching athletes, leaders, and professionals has taught me how to help people perform under pressure while staying aligned with their values.
Psychology & Human Behavior
My education and graduate studies focus on psychology, leadership, performance, and understanding how people grow and change.
You already know more than you think.
Most people aren't struggling because they lack information.
They're struggling because life has become noisy.
Responsibilities pile up. Expectations pull them in different directions.
Overthinking replaces clarity. Self-doubt replaces trust.
My coaching process helps clients reconnect with themselves and move forward intentionally.

What clients say.
Cory is incredibly skilled at listening, empathizing, saying back what he heard, and then always asking a thought-provoking question. I consistently uncover new areas of myself that I wasn't even aware of until Cory effortlessly guided me through a conversation.
Prior to these coaching sessions, my life felt chaotic, out of my control, and overwhelming. After working with Coach Cory I have learned how to take control of my life with simple and effective techniques that bring clarity and decisiveness into my day to day life.
After working with Cory, I gained a lot of clarity on what I wanted my future career to look like. I now have found joy outside of work.
Cory has a way of holding space for the mess while helping you build a clear path out of it. Working with him felt like finally being able to set down a heavy bag I hadn't realized I was carrying.
A little more about me.
Outside of client work, my time tends to circle around the things that shape how I show up — curiosity, movement, people I love, and the steady practice of becoming a little more myself.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or off course, you're not alone.
Sometimes the next step isn't working harder. It's creating the space to think clearly and move forward intentionally.
